You agree to us contacting you by either Phone, Mobile, SMS or Email in relation to the recruitment process undertaken by Forward Assist Recruitment Ltd or marketing updates regarding our recruitment processes. This information will be retained for a maximum period of 5 years unless otherwise instructed by yourself to amend or remove the information held.
A legal basis is our justification for why we are processing personal data in a particular way. The GDPR sets out legal bases in Article 6 of the regulation. During our data mapping process, we have identified that the legal basis that justifies how and why we collect, process and store your personal data in our organisation is under “legitimate interests pursued by the Controller”.
As defined by the REC (our governing body) – “Recruiters provide workfinding services to both candidates and clients as part of their business. They process personal data in order to be able to provide these services – including checking the identity of a candidate, their eligibility to work in the UK and qualifications as well as process pay as applicable and manage entitlement to certain statutory rights.”. Therefore it is in the legitimate interests of all parties involved – the recruiter, the workseeker (candidate) and the client that the recruitment business can process personal data.

Personal information provided to Forward Assist Recruitment Ltd in any format will be treated as confidential. Such supplied information will only be used in relation to the recruitment process undertaken by Forward Assist Recruitment Ltd.
Disclosure of data to third parties:
The data provided will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent unless we are required to do so by law.
Use of Cookies:
A "cookie" is a piece of information, like a tag, which some web sites create on your PC. Each time the browser requests a page from the server, this message is sent back. A cookie's main objective is to identify users and personalise their visits. Forward Assist Recruitment Ltd does not use cookies to recognise you on our website.
