Our client is an accredited centre securing approval to deliver qualification training from City & Guilds, EAL, CITB and BPEC, for Electrical training. They are currently seeking a new member of staff to teach within their expanding Electrical department.
This is a full time, salaried position however, there is also the opportunity to deliver courses at weekends - paid at overtime rates.
Our client delivers a wide variety of courses, from 18th Edition, Inspection and Testing at levels 2 and 3 as well as C&G 2365 levels 2 and 3. In addition, we deliver the level 4 design course, 2396 and they are also an NVQ Assessment Centre as well as having an AM2 Centre. They are looking for someone to join their existing team of 11 instructors and the courses to be delivered can be some, or all of those listed above. All customers are fee paying, self-funded adults who wish to either improve existing skills and qualifications or completely re-train so that they can work competently within the electrical industry.
This role may be suited to a fully qualified Electrician with at least 10+ years experience, looking to transition into a teaching role. our client can provide additional training where required to assist with the transition. They are accredited by City & Guilds and have excellent facilities for teaching as well as access to support materials from Smart Screen and Learning Lounge.
A1 Assessor qualification preferred.
