You will work 5 out of 6 days on a Rota basis

Scope of the role:
Efficiently and effectively manage all aspects of the warehouse night-shift function within financial controls, ensuring legal compliance is achieved and company policies are followed in health and safety and food safety.
Measure and manage performance drive efficient lean operation
Plan staffing accordingly to volume requirements
Implementation and execution of relevant Health and Safety regulations
Implementation and maintenance food safety requirements, ensuring that records are accurate, up to date and meeting the required standard
Previous experience of leading a team, driving performance in a fast paced environment
Commercially focused, an analytical approach and communication skills are essential
Comfortable working in a manual operation
PC and systems literate essential
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
