National FMCG food company are looking for a Project Manager to manage projects run by the senior leadership team with regard to Business Improvement Plans.
Job Purpose
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Key Tasks
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure resources available and allocated.
Develop a detailed project plan and track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage relationship with all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
To be aware of and comply with all requirements of the Health and Safety policy and procedure.
Be aware of and comply with all fire safety procedures, including maintaining clear fire exits and escape routes.
To be aware of and comply at all times with relevant legislation involved in Food Safety and Food Hygiene.
To work with all team members to ensure that all corporate goals are consistently achieved and maintained.
To maintain a professional and polite attitude at all times.
Essential : 
  • Prince 2 or equivalent
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator/manager in the food/distribution environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Solid organisational skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft
  • Time Management
  • Educated to degree standard
  • Previous experience in Logistics
